Our Secret Project

Kids and Christmas is wonderful!

No doubt about it.

And when you have an extra special surprise to share with them on Christmas,

it makes it too too wonderful.

To make room for our new little guy, we are moving the big girls to the guest room.  We have been telling the girls we would move their stuff after Christmas when Adam had some time off of work.  They begged for new paint, but we flatly refused, "No, that brown is just fine." we told them and behind their backs we have been working on this cuteness!  All of my ideas came from that friendly site, Pinterest.

Our friend Marc helped us so much on this project.  Adam and I would have had so many sleepless nights without his help, and trust me, we have enough sleep deprivation around here.  He painted, supervised our wallpapering, replaced outlets, and built a great desk and shelves.

Christmas morning was stupendous.

Santa brought the cute pink office chairs and before we got too far in the opening of the rest of the presents I suggested we move those chairs downstairs to "get them out of the way."

Thier reaction was adorable.

All afternoon those two girls were up and down the stairs moving in!
