Halloween Stuffs

Ellie got to be in the Zombie band for school for their Haunted Hallways night.  She was supposed to be scarey but this is all we came up with.

But that was scary enough for these boys.  Seth hid his face in Dad's shirt the entire time.
Then in the costume parade my girls swept up.
All three won a prize.
And these were not stellar costumes at all.
Gracie's is the only one I really thought about.  She kinda always get a Halloween costume/dress up for her birthday that is the week before.  Adam picked up Emma's mouse ears and tale just the day before at Target, and Ellie's was a modge podge of years past.
But look at that little vaquero.  He was darling.

But here is Ellie's real Halloween costume.
She got her two friends together to be American Girl Dolls-still in the box.
It was a super cute idea.  Coverstar had the right size boxes, Grandma could help with the vinyl lettering, and all I would have to do is help them cut cardboard, paint, and stick on the vinyl.

Ohh, the hours they worked on those boxes and the paint they got all over themselves.  I really had thought that 10 year old girls would know how to not dribble paint everywhere.
But alas, here is where my pics stop.  I don't have one of them completed and standing together.  We all trick-or-treated together but I didn't catch them in a pic...double darn.
They actually didn't like wearing and tick-or-treating in those boxes very well.  They were heavy and hard to walk in and impossible to climb stairs in.

And here is the whole gang ready for the big candy night.
An American Girl Doll, a ballerina mouse, a Tinkerbell, and two very casual super heros.

Till next year...I have a ton of stolen fun sized Snickers all for me to eat.
