Dad's Day and a New Wallet

Ellie has taken it upon herself to keep her dad with duct tape wallets.  Adam dutifully used his clear one for months and just in time for Father's Day he was gifted with another more colorful Blue one.

I had the other kids work on a combined Father's Day card on our chalkboard and then we fed our man of the house some Gooey Rolls.

We are so grateful for our Daddy and know he is one of the very, very best.

We know because he is exactly like the other father's and grandfathers we know.

December Days

We had the sweetest time visiting a friend in this nursing home, but this little lady could not get enough of Emma.  And Emma was so adorable.  She happily gave her hug after hug.(we all know what a great hugger she is).

It made me so happy to see my daughter unafraid, confident, and so kind.

We are nearly always cursed with catching some terrific bug while visiting AZ.  SO, for this upcoming holiday trip I decided we needed to try something to keep us heathy,

and it might have even worked!

Then off to AZ for another wonderful Christmas vacation.

And we are.  Crazy to see our family.  We miss them so.
