How Some Tinkerbell Stickers saved my Sanity

We are finally make some headway in the potty training department!!
Oh, my goodness.  It has been some terrible months!!

I had always thought my other girls were too young to understand the "sticker chart" and keeping a bigger goal in mind.  We always got through potty training one M&M at a time.  But Gracie has a different mind set.  Things need to be her idea on her own time.  Finding something she really wanted was not easy.  It was a great day in this household when I stumbled upon these stickers and had Ellie draw up this chart.  When the chart is full she is excited to get a BIKE.  We all are excited!

I found this bike on ebay a few weeks ago and hopefully she'll get over the fact that it is blue.  Its called a balance bike and the idea of it seems really cool. The kids learn to balance before pedalling and you skip that whole training wheel transition.  I origionally purchased it for our little man's second birthday this fall, since he is so good on his little radio flyer.  He pushes and pushes with his little legs then lifts them up to glide for a ways.  I guess I need to be searching ebay for another one.

The balance bike is the awesome-est idea ever! Porter went straight from that to riding a 2 wheel bike. I love them. Seriously. And just add some girly bike accessories and I'm sure Gracie won't even notice the color.
