His name was Lucky, and to Ellie he was the most beautiful horse she had ever seen. He belonged to some friends of Grandma and she arranged for Ellie to get a ride. If you know my daughter, the ultimate horse lover, you know what a big deal this was for her. She could hardly contain herself as we arrived at the corrals. She was awed by his enormous hight but was not scared at all. She showed expert horsemanship as Chris, the horses owner, coached her how to lean forward going up hills and backwards when going down. She even asked to go faster and kept her bum in the saddle as Lucky trotted.
It was so wonderful to see my little girls dreams realized. We will be back as often as we can to see you Lucky, because you are a friend she will never forget.

Here is Emma getting in on the action. It seemed that Emma even knew how excited Ellie was about riding because during her own turns she kept saying, "I ride Ellie's horse?" or in others words, "I really get a turn, I thought this was Ellie's hobby?"
