Chores

It was time to restock the diaper drawer.
Ellie asked, "Mom can I help?"
Oh, music to a mother's ears.
"Of course, and if you let Emma help I
think you two can do it all by yourselves."

And they did.

They must have worked together for about ten minutes and had the greatest time. First, they dumped out all the Huggies from the Costco box on one side of the room and then carried them one by one to the drawer. The next step was getting them in the drawer. Emma has a pretty good pitch and Ellie perfected her slam. They were so proud of their job.

I hope they didn't mind when I went in later.
