Adam and I grew up with different ideas about Sunday dinners. It is not uncommon for the Marble household to feed twenty or more people a lovely, well prepared meal on a Sunday afternoon. At my parents house Sunday dinner is a lot less formal, pancakes or waffles or something simple. It has been quite interesting determined what kind of household we are. Are we the pancake people or the lasagna with salad and garlic bread people? Today we were the steak, baked potato, and corn-on-the-cob family and it was delicious, not to mention the brownies and ice cream for dessert. The secret, Adam helps with everything. In fact I think today's meal was primarily all his work. I am thankful for a husband that finds it important to have good family meals and I am thankful that he is willing to help out in the kitchen so it all happens, otherwise it is all just too much work to do alone.

hurray for adam helping out!!! I must admit I am with adam, you know the big sunday feast and all, I guess it is just habit. I feel like sunday isn't sunday unless it involves roast and potatoes or a meatloaf. Family traditions are hard to break. Although waffles sound pretty good. love ya, annie
I love the aprons.
