A License to Complain

Adam is pretty well known in his company, especially at the factory where the automatic covers are made. He is constantly alerting them of problems in their shipping methods and product malfunctions. He finds that emails are the most effective way to get his point across, but the problem with emails is once you send it you can't really take it back, and Adam is often sending messages in the "heat" of the moment when he is working on a cover that has something wrong with it, that he feels in the factory's fault. He is infamous for his "Book," a lengthy email he once sent out, that was discussed in length at one of the production meetings.

But today he recieved a message from the President of Coverstar that let him know his complaints were appreciated,

"You may sometimes feel that we are annoyed with your feedback because of comments some have made about the quantity you submit. Nothing is further from the truth. We are a much better company with better products because you have alerted us to issues we were unaware of."
