Amid spousel pressure, I resisted and didn't invite anyone over for Easter.
We kept it just us. And seriously, we are enough for any party.
I have never had such a chill Easter afternoon. It was great.
Adam and the baby napped, I sent the kids on thier egg hunt, and the ham practically cooked itself.
It wasn't fancy at all, but it was nice. I even forgot all about dessert until the next day.
My kinda simple holiday and as we were eating our meal and the baby was screaming and Cayden was throwing food, and Gracie was whinning, Adam agreed that maybe it's alright to celebrate just by ourselves sometimes and spare other's from our maddness.
