This was all Emma's idea. We started with one castle and then her little neighborhood grew to include many different types of houses and a very cool park. When she realized that her hot wheels fit perfectly on her map she was so excited.
Sidewalk art is by far my favorite. You don't have to feel bad about throwing it away later, just wait for the rain, which has been coming down in buckets around here lately, and then start over.

I agree..sidewalk chalk is the best! Unfortunately I seem to always have a younger child wanting to eat it...Cute photos.
